What is Turn Up Fitness

Turn Up Fitness is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement, the goal is to improve fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. You will not see any “machines” in our gyms other than a Concept 2 Rower. You will see a combination of: TRX training, rip training, sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying odd objects, box jumps, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics ring work, pull-ups, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many body weight exercises. Turn Up Fitness is for every fitness level and age, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Each exercise can be formatted for the individual. 

Getting You RESULTS

The programs that are offered cater to one on one training and small groups – this means each athlete receives personal attention from their coach every time they step into the gym. Turn Up Fitness is truly all of the benefits of personal training at half the cost! And by working out with Jesse you will find yourself pushing harder than ever before, challenging yourself, and achieving goals you previously thought you couldn’t reach.
